APPOINTMENT OF Sri G.CHOW DU REDDY, ADVOCATE AS ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR THE COURT OF ASSISTANT SESSIONS JUDGE - PRODDATUR.

NOTIFICATION

Under sub section (3) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973

(Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department,

Dated: 06-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint Sri G.Chowdu

Reddy, Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of Assistant Sessions

Judge, Proddatur, YSR District, for a period of three (3) years from the date of taking

charge of the post or till termination of his service, whichever is earlier. He shall be

paid a consolidated honorarium of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only)

per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.975, Home(Courts.A) Department, Dated: 26-10-2018.

The conditions of service of the said Public Prosecutor shall be governed in

accordance with the executive instructions issued in the G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L)

Department, Dated: 06.12.2000.

NOTIFICATION

(Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department,

Dated: 06-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint Sri M.V.Vijaya

Kumar, Advocate, as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of III Additional

District & Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District, for a period of three (3) years

from the date of taking charge of the post or till termination of his service, whichever

is earlier. He shall be paid a consolidated honorarium of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty

thousand only) per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.975, Home (Courts.A) Department,

Dated:26-10-2018. The conditions of service of the said Public Prosecutor shall be

governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in the G.O.Ms.No.187,

Law (L) Department, Dated: 06.12.2000.
