NOTIFICATION

After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby agreed the proposal and accord permission to change of the management of MSR Degree College, Kavali, SPSR Nellore District from Sri Magunta Raghava Reddy Charitable trust, Ongole to Guntupalli Educational Society, Kavali, SPSR Nellore district in terms of Rule (i) of 14(4) of G.O Ms No.29, Education (Rules), Dt:5.2.1987 read with G.O.MS No.35, HE(IE.II) Dept., dt:25.04.2007 read with G.O.Ms No.211, HE(IE.II) Dept., dt:8.11.2007 read with G.O.Ms No.211, HE(IE.II) Dept., dt:8.11.2007 subject to the following conditions:

[a] The taking over management shall submit proof of corpus fund and fulfill other requirements as prescribed by the Council.

[c] The taking over society shall seek recognition order from the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education and affiliation order from the University concerned.

[d] The taking over society shall submit detailed proposals as per the application evolved by the Council, if not submitted.

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education shall take further action in the matter accordingly.
