SHIFTING OF Smt. ALLURU VARAHALAMMA MEMORIAL DEGREE COLLEGE FROM ONE RURAL MANDAL TO ANOTHER RURAL MANDAL i.e. FROM SAKHINETIPALLI VILLAGE & MANDAL TO LAKKAVARAM VILLAGE, MALKIPURAM MANDAL UNDER THE MANAGEMENT OF ALLURU VARAHALAMMA MEMORIAL EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY, SAKHINETIPALLI, E.G. DISTRICT SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under schedule-100 of Education Act, 1982 and after careful examination of the matter, the Government hereby accord permission to the Management of Alluru Varahalamma Memorial Educational Society, Sakhinetipalli, E.G. District to shift Smt. Alluru Varahalamma Memorial Degree college, Sakhinetpalli, E.G. District from one rural mandal to another rural mandal i.e. from Sakhinetpalli Village and Mandal to Lakkavaram village of Malikipuram Mandal in order to provide suitable accommodation to the students in relaxation of Rule 14(3) of G.O.Ms No.29, Education (Rules), Dated : 5.2.1987 subject to the permission will be cancelled if any complaints are received from the other colleges existed at Malikipuram Mandal.
The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, Kunchanapalli, Guntur District shall take further action in the matter accordingly.
