NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred Under Section 154 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act 1987, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby granted exemption from the operations of the provisions under Sections 23, 29, 39 and 54(1) of the Act 30/87 to Sri Raghavendra Swamy Mutt, Mantralayam, Kurnool District for a period of Five (5) years from the date of issue of orders.
