The Waqf Institution Masjid situated at Sathanoor Village, Kosigi Mandal.
Kurnool District and its attached properties in Sy.No.150 to an extent of Ac.26.60 Cents & in Sy.No.212 to an extent of Ac.43.77 Cents at Sathanoor Village is a registered Waqf and got published in the AP Gazette 18-A. Part-ll, 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, September 26, 2019 In the reference 1st read above, the Board has constituted the Managing Committee U/Sec.18 of the Waqf Act, 1995 under the Presidentship of Sri Sk. Khaja Bande Nawaz and (8) members for a period of three (3) years and after expiry of the period Board again constituted the Managing Committee for a period of two (2) years in respect of subject Waqf Institution and its period was expired on 29-03-2019.
Further no representations received from any one for period extension or constitution of Managing Committee and also the previous Managing Committee is failed to pay the Waqf fund as well as to submit the budget and audit reports as per Waqf Act & Rules since, 2014.
The matter was placed before the Competent Authority / Special Officer, APSWB, Vijayawada, who after examining the case passed orders to take the subject Waqf institution and its attached properties under the direct management of the Board and also passed orders the Tahsildar concerned may requested to give the lands for Ek-Sala lease by procedure.
Accordingly, the Masjid situated at Sathanoor Village, Kosigi Mandal, Kurnool District and its attached properties are hereby taking under the direct management of the AP State Waqf Board, U/Sec.65(5) of the Waqf Act, 1995 until further orders.
The Inspector Auditor Waqfs, Kurnool District is hereby directed to take the complete charge of the subject Waqf Institution and its attached properties and conduct open auction of attached landed property under Ek-Sala cultivation with the support of Revenue Officials and submit your compliance report along with panchnama immediately.
