Rc.No.15035/85/2019/E6D-SEC-DPH,- It has been brought to the notice of the undersigned that Dr.B.Bhuvaneswari, CAS, PHC, Nandavarm, Kurnool District who has been selected to the post of Civil Assistant Surgeon during the recruitment of CAS-2019 and he went on un-authorised absence from duty w.e.f.30-01-2019 onwards without prior permission from the competent authority.

Show Cause Notice has been issued to the individual vide reference 2nd cited to submither explanation as to why the penalty of removal / termination from service shall not be imposed on her with effect from the date of his un-authorised absence. [1] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-II She has submitted not submitted her explanation to the Show cause notice within the stipulated time of 15 days from the date of issue of Show Cause Notice. Therefore, after careful examination of the matter, Dr.B.Bhuvaneswari, CAS, PHC, Nandavarm, Kurnool District is hereby terminated from service from the date of her unauthorised absence from duty w.e.f.30-01-2019 since she proceeded on unauthorized absence from that date without prior permission of the authorities in terms of G.O.Ms. 128,Fin.(DR. 1) Dept.
