Dr.J.ARAVIND, CAS, PHC, ONIPENTA, YSR DISTRICT, KADAPA - PROCEEDED ON UNAUTHROISED ABSENCE W.e.f. 25-01-2019 - INTIMATION RECEIVED FROM THE DM&HO, YSR DISTRICT, KADAPA - SHOW CAUSE NOTICE FOR WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO REPORT BACK FOR DUTY OTHERWISE SERVICES WILL BE TERMINATED.

Rc.No.15035/209/2019/E6D-SEC-DPH,- It has been brought to the notice of the undersigned that, Dr.J.Aravind, CAS, PHC, Onipenta, YSR District, Kadapa who was newly appointed as CAS has received movement orders and joined for duty at PHC, Onipenta, YSR District, Kadapa on 22-01-2019 and he proceeded on un-authorised absence w.e.f. 25-01- 2019.
Therefore he is directed to report back for duty before this office immediately along with explanation within (15) days, from the date of publication of this notice 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-II (FR. 1) Dept., dt.01-06-2007 & G.O.Ms.No. 129, Finance (FR. 1) Dept., dt.01-06-2007 If no reply is received from him within the above said stipulated period, it is presumed that he has no explanation to offer and action will be taken as proposed above based on the material available.
