AMENDMENT TO THE ANDHRA PRADESH EXCISE (GRANT OF LICENSE OF SELLING BY SHOP AND CONDITIONS OF LICENSE) RULES, 2019.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 12 read with Section 6 of the Andhra Pradesh (Regulation of Trade in Indian Made Foreign Liquor, Foreign Liquor) Act, 1993 and read with Sections 72, 17 and 28 of the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968 (Andhra Pradesh Act 17 of 1968), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.372, Revenue (Excise.II) Department, Dated : 22.08.2019.
AMENDMENT
In the said rules, for Rule-12, the following shall be substituted, namely,- 12. Hours of business :-
The licensee shall transact business from 11.00 AM to 08.00 PM only.
