Whereas, Sri G. Srinivas, Senior Inspector, Gudivada Sub Division / Liquidator has submitted a report for final closure of the affairs of Sri Subbarayudu Cooperative Collective Farming Society Ltd., No.Y. 619, Kaikaluru, Kaikaluru Mandal together with all its enclosures vide reference 2nd cited .

In view of the circumstances explained above, where the affairs of the society completely wound up duly considering the report of the Liquidator under Sub Section (4) of Section 66 and hence, I, the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Gudivada by virtue of powers conferred to me under Section 68 of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies, Act 1964, do hereby ordered for cancellation of the registration of Sri Subbarayudu Cooperative Collective Farming Society Ltd., No.Y. 619, Kaikaluru, Kaikaluru Mandal, Krishna district with immediate effect.
