NOTIFICATION

The Government accord permission to the Management of Priyadarshini Educational Society, N.R. Cambridge School, S.Kota, Vizianagaram District for change of management of its institution 'IVN Raju Degree College', S.Kota, Vizianagaram District from Priyadarshini Educational Society, N.R. Cambridge School, S.Kota, Vizianagaram District to AGL Memorial Educational Society, PSR Complex, Vizianagaram District in terms of Rule (i) of 14(4) of G.O Ms No.29, Education ( Rules), dated.5.2.1987 read with G.O.Ms No.35, HE(IE.II) Dept., dated.25.04.2007 read with G.O.Ms No.211, HE(IE.II) Dept., dated : 8.11.2007 subject to the conditions as detailed hereunder :

i) The taking over society shall submit detailed proposal as per the application evolved by the council, if not submitted.

ii) The taking over society shall seek recognition order from APSCHE and affiliation order from the University concerned.

iii) The taking over society shall pay corpus fund and fulfill other requirements as per the guidelines.

The Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, shall take further action in the matter accordingly.
