NOTIFICATION

The Government accord permission to the Management of Krishna Institute of Medical Technology, Kakinada East Godavari district for change of management of its institution i.e. VSL Degree College, Kakinada from Krishna Institute of Medical Technology, kakinada East Godavari district to Srija Educational Society, Nidadavole, Wast Godavari District in terms of Rule prescribed in G.O.MS.No.29, Education (Rules), Dt:05.02.1987 read with G.O.Ms No.35, HE (IE.II) Dept., Dt:25.04.2007 read with G.O.Ms.No.211, HE (IE.II), Dept., Dt:08.11.2007 subjectto the conditions as detailed hereunder: [ 1 ] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, October 18, 2019 i) The taking over society shall submit detailed proposal as per the application evolved by the council, if not submitted.

ii) The taking over society shall seek recognition order from APSCHE and affiliation order from the University concerned.

iii) The taking over society shall pay corpus fund and fulfill other requirements as per the guidelines.

The Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, Kunchanapalli, Guntur District shall take further action in the matter accordingly.
