NOTIFICATION

As per rule (42) of AP Revised Pension Rules, 1980, the following DeputyExecutive Engineers of Zone-IV who are going to be retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation of (60) years w.e.f the Date noted against their names in column (5) of the following statement: [ 1 ] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-VII

The above individuals are hereby permitted to retire from Government Service on attaining the age of superannuation of (60) years on the date noted against their names at Column (5) of the above table without prejudice to the disciplinary cases if any pending against them and also subject to the condition that the disciplinary proceedings shall continue against them under Article 351(A) of Pension Code and Rule 9 (2) (a) of the A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980 even after their retirement.
