NOTIFICATION

In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad Act, 1986 (A.P.Act No.29 of 1986) as amended by the Andhra Pradesh Act No.36 of 2008 the Government hereby notifies that the 1st November, 2018 as the specified date enabling the Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad to call for the options from the employees working in the following 5 Community Health Centers transferred from the Directorate of Public Health & Family Welfare to Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad as on the said specified date (ie. 1 st November, 2018) for theirabsorption into Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad. The Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad shall take necessary action accordingly.

The Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad shall complete the entire exercise as per the rules existing in force.
