D-SEC-DPH,- In the reference 1st cited, the Director of Medical Education, A P., Vijayawada while forwarding the proposals in respect of Dr.C.Surekha, Tutor in Pathology, GMC, Kadapa for resignation for the post of CAS, has stated that, NOC was issued to Dr.C.Surekha, Tutor in Pathology, GMC, Kadapa tor attending interview to the post of Specialist post at Singareni Collieries, Company Limited, Telangana State, subject to 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-II In the reference 2nd cited, Dr.C.Surekha, Tutor in Pathology, CMC, Kadapa has submitted that, her spouse Dr.P.Thilak Ravindra Reddy is working as Deputy Medical Superintendent at Main Hospital, Kothagudem, Singareni Colleries Company Private Limited since 16-04-2005. She has completed post PG service bond period by 14-06-2019. Hence, the individual has tendered resignation for the post of Civil Assistant Surgeon and requested to accept the same so as to enable her to unite with her husband who needs her help as he is suffering with medical problems.
In view of the above the resignation tendered by Dr.C.Surekha, Tutor in Pathology, GMC, Kadapa is hereby accepted from 15-10-2019, in terms of Rule 30 (a) (i) and (ii) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules 1996.
On acceptance of her resignation the individual is informed that all her previous service rendered to the Government will stand forfeited.
The Director of Medical Education, AP, Vijayawada and the Principal, Government Medical College, Kadapa are requested take necessary further action in the matter accordingly duly making an entry in Service Register of the individual and furnish the extract copy of SR where such entry is made with proper attestation along with compliance report.
