Srinivas Gandhi, Assistant Registrar, Kaikaluru Sub Division was appointed as liquidator under section 65 of the APCS Act 1964 to winding up of the affairs of Gummallapadu Cooperative Collective Farming Society Ltd., No.Y.192, Gummallapadu , Kaikaluru Mandal, Krishna District vide in the reference 1st cited.
W hereas, Sri B. Srinivas Gandhi, Assistant Registrar, Kaikaluru Sub Division / Liquidator has submitted a report for final closure of the affairs of Gummallapadu Cooperative Collective Farming Society Ltd., No.Y.192, Gummallapadu , Kaikaluru Mandal, Krishna District together with all its enclosures vide reference 2nd cited .
[1]2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, November 5, 2019 And W hereas, the liquidator has recommended for Cancellation of the registration of the society as the realizable assets and dischargeable liabilities as on the date of final closure of the society are 'NIL' and the society is not served its purpose of Registration to its members.
In view of the circumstances explained above, where the affairs of the society completely wound up duly considering the report of the Liquidator under Sub Section (4) of Section 66 and hence, I, the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Gudivada by virtue of powers conferred to me under section 68 of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies, Act 1964, do hereby ordered for cancellation of the registration of Gummallapadu Cooperative Collective Farming Society Ltd., No.Y.192, Gummallapadu, Kaikaluru Mandal, Krishna District with immediate effect.
