Form - A(2) (See Section-10A and Rule-4) Notification for exemption of Chapter II and IIIRc.No. 2013 /2019-G3,- On the requisition filed by the Requisition Department in the Form A(1), in accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act,2013 in its application to the state of Andhra Pradesh the Government hereby, in the public interest exempt the Construction of View Cutter in East, West, North & South directions along with Compound Wall at Camp Office/ Residence of Hon'ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh at Tadepalli in Guntur District from the application of provisions of the Chapter- II & Chapter- III of the Act. It is also certified that all the efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project. Place : Guntur, Dated : 04-11-2019.
