APPOINTMENT OF Smt. REKHAMDAR KANAKA MAHALAKSHMI - ADVOCATE - AS ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR THE COURT OF ADDITIONAL ASSISTANT SESSIONS JUDGE - ELURU.

NOTIFICATION
Under sub section (3) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, dated:06-12- 2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint Smt. Rekhamdar Kanaka Mahalakshmi, Advocate, as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Eluru, for a period of three (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till termination of her service, whichever is earlier. She shall be paid a consolidated honorarium of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.975, Home (Courts.A)Department, Dated: 26-10-2018. The conditions of service of the said Prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in the G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, dated : 06.12.2000.
