APPOINTMENT OF HON'BLE Sri JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR MAHESHWARI, THE CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH TO ADMINISTER OATH OR AFFIRMATION TO HON'BLE Sri JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR, JUDGE OF THE PATNA HIGH COURT ON TRANSFER TO ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 219 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the Hon'ble Sri Justice Jitendra Kumar Maheshwari, the Chief Justice of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, as the person before whom Hon'ble Sri Justice Rakesh Kumar, Judge of the Patna High Court on transfer to Andhra Pradesh High Court shall make and subscribe an oath or affirmation according to the form set out for the purpose in the third schedule to the Constitution of India, before he enters upon his office.
