rule (42) of AP Revised Pension Rules, 1980, the following Assistant Engineers of Zone-ll who are going to be retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation of (60) years w.e.f the date noted against their names in column (4) of 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-VII

The above Assistant Engineers, RWS&S of Zone-ll, are hereby permitted to retire from Government Service on attaining the age of superannuation of (60) years on the date noted against his name at Column (4) of the table without prejudice to the disciplinary cases if any pending against him and aiso subject to the condition that the disciplinary proceedings shall continue against him under Article 351(A) of Pension Code and Rule 9 (2) (a) of the A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980 even after his retirement.
