In the circumstances reported in the reference 4 th read above, the following amendment is ordered to the G.O.Ms.No.121, Law (L, LA & J Home 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, November 12, 2019
AMENDMENT
In Paragraph 1 of the G.O., the following shall be inserted :
"The recurring and non-recurring expenditure of
the said Special Courts shall be met under the
following Head of Account
MH-2014 Administration of Justice
MH-105- Civil and Sessions Courts
SH -(04)- Civil and Sessions Courts
The Registrar (Administration), High Court of Andhra Pradesh is requested to take necessary action accordingly in the matter.
