NOTIFICATION
Procs. No. 1858/L/2018,- Whereas under the Section 17 of Legal Metrology Act 2009, r/w Rule 13 of AP LM (Enforcement) Rules 2011, every Manufacturer / Repairer / Dealer in weight or measure licencees, shall maintain records and registers in the appropriate form, set out in Schedule-VII (A) and also submit periodical reports / returns once in 3 months, within 10 days from the last date of such 3rd month in the format set out in Schedule - VII (B), to the persons, authorized by the Controller, Legal Metrology.
The Manufacturer, Dealer and Repairer shall submit the reports and returns to the officers mentioned in the column No. 3 of the table given below and Deputy Controller/ Assistant Controller and Inspectors, LM, are hereby authorized by Controller, Legal 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, November 15, 2019
The order comes into force with immediate effect.
