COURTS - CIVIL AND CRIMINAL - SHIFTING OF II-ADDITIONAL CBI COURT FROM VISAKHAPATNAM TO KURNOOL.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of powers conferred under sub section (1) of Section 9 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974), Government, after consultation with the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh hereby shift the II-Additional CBI Court from Visakhapatnam to Kurnool along with its paraphernalia and it shall have and exercise territorial jurisdiction over the four (4) Rayalaseema Districts of Kurnool, Y.S.R. Kadapa, Chittoor and Anantapuramu.
