Rc.No. 011161/E6.B/2019,- In the reference 1st cited, the Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Gollapudi, Vijayawada has informed that Dr. R. Dilip Kumar, MBBS, DGO, CAS Specialist, CHC.S.Kota, Vizianagaram District requesting for voluntary retirement from Government Service on completion of more than 20 years of qualifying service on personal and health grounds.
In the reference 2 nd cited, Dr.R.Dilip Kumar, CAS, CHC, S.Kota, Vizianagaram has stated that he has applied for Voluntary Retirement vide 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-II In view of the circumstances explained in the references cited, the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, A.P., Vijayawada is pleased to accord permission in respect of Dr.R.Dilip Kumar, CAS, CHC, S.Kota, Vizianagaram to retire voluntarily from the post of Civil Assistant Surgeon w.e.f. 01.02.2018, in terms of Rule 43 of A.P. Revised Pension Rules.
The Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Gollapudi, Vijayawada is requested to take necessary action accordingly and send compliance to this office.
