"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section-2 of the Kazi's Act, 1880 (Central Act XII of 1880), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh, after consulting the Principal Mohammadan residents of local area, hereby appoint Sri Shaik Sayeed Ahmed S/o. Sri Shaik Abdul Khader, Kavali Town, SPSR Nellore District, as Additional Government Kazi for Kavali Town and Kavali, Kaligiri, Bagole, Dagadarthi, Jaladanki, Kondapuram and Alluru Mandals of SPSR Nellore District initially for a period of three (3) years for performing Marriages of Muslim Community only".
