AGRICULTURAL MARKET COMMITTEES - COMMENCEMENT OF e-TRANSPORT PERMIT.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under sub Rule (10) of Rule 74-A of Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Rules, 1969 (As Amended vide G.O.Ms.No.38, Agriculture and Co-operation (MKTG-I), Dated: 10th May, 2016), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints First day of January, 2020 as the date on which e-transport permit shall come into force and the existing export permit system stands discontinued w.e.f. 01.01.2020.
However, market fee payment in cash at the check-post is allowed upto 31.03.2020 and no cash payment of market fee at the check-post from 01.04.2020.
Necessary operating procedure and guidelines will be framed by the Special Commissioner and Director of Agricultural Marketing, A.P., Guntur for effective implementation.
