Sri. B. Karan Bahadur, Office Subordinate is here by imposed penality of termination orders as per G.O.Ms.No.260, G.A.D(Ser.C) Dept., Dated: 04.09.2003 and G.O.Ms.No.8,Fin(FR.I) Dept., Dated: .08.01.2004 read with note.4 of FR.18 stated that "in all cases of unauthorized absence to duty for a period exceeding 'One Year' the penalty of removal from service shall be imposed on the government employee" and services will be removed once for all.

In this connection, the incumbent was issued show cause notice as a last warning and given a chance to attend office on or before 31-12-2018, even though he has not attended the duties and unauthorized absent to duties from 18-09-2016 to 31-12-2018.

The incumbent has failed to attend the duty. Hence, the termination orders are hereby issued.

The orders will come into force with immediate effect. Necessary entries shall be recorded in the Service Register of the individual under proper attestation.
