Rc.No. 12200/E1-A/2017,- It has been brought to the notice of the Director of Medical Education, A.P. Vijayawada vide references cited, Dr. G Sridhar, Associate Professor of General Surgery, Govt. Medical College, Anantapuramu, went on unauthorised absence from duty w.e.f. 14-04-2017 onwards, which wasresulted in deprival of patient care of the needy people and with the above mentioned act of misconduct has exhibited lack of integrity and devotion to his duties and violated Rule (3) of APCS (Conduct) Rules. [1] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-II Hence, under provisions of F.R. 18 (A) Rule 5-B of AP Leave Rules - 1933, and as per the G.O.Ms.No. 11 Finance (F.R..I) Department dt, 13-01-2004 and G.O.Ms.No. 127 GAD (Services.C) Department Dt. 15-09-2017, it is provisionally decided to confirm that the above faculty shall be deemed to have been resigned from his services with effect from the date of his unauthorized absence.

Hence, Dr. G Sridhar, Associate Professor of General Surgery, Govt. Medical College, Anantapuramu, is hereby directed to submit his explanation within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice as to why the penalty of removal from service shall not be imposed on him with effect from the date of his unauthorised absence in terms of G.O. cited.

If no reply is received from him within the above said stipulated period, it will be construed that he has no representation to give and it will be treated as terminated, above based on the material available.
