Rc.No. A1/6085/2015,- W hereas disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against Sri G.Vamsi Krishna, Office Subordinate, Sub Treasury, Ongole in the reference 1st read above for his unauthorized absent to duty from 21.11.2016 onwards and directed the individual to submit defence statement within 10 days of the receipt of the orders. Due to non-serving of orders through post the said orders were published in the AP State Gazette on 05.09.2019 with W.No.36. The individual has not submitted any defence statement so far to the disciplinary authority.
2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, December 2, 2019Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the Sub rule (2) and (5) of rule 20 of A.P.Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 the undersigned hereby appoints Sri Sk.Md.Abdullah, Assistant Treasury Officer, District Treasury, Ongole as Inquiry Officer to inquire the truth in the charges framed against the charged officer and Sri Sk.Meeravali, Sub Treasury Officer, District Treasury, Ongole as Presenting Officer to present the case on behalf of the disciplinary authority.
The Inquiry Officer shall conduct the inquiry strictly as per the procedure laid down in rule 20 of A.P.C.S. (CC&A) Rules, 1991.
