NOTIFICATION
Under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 (Andhra Pradesh Act, 6 of 1965) read with rule 11 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (Division of Nagar Panchayats and Municipalities into wards) Rules, 1994 issued in G.O.Ms.No.31, Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department, dated 03.02.1995 and after due consideration of the proposals submitted by the Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Guntur, the Government hereby notify the draft delimitation of twenty (20) wards of Gollaprolu Nagarpanchyat as specified in the schedule appended to this Notification.
2. The Municipal Council, Gollaprolu Nagarpanchyat is informed that it shall submit its views /suggestions, if any, on the proposed draft delimitation of wards notified, within 7 days of the publication of this Notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, to the Commissioner, Gollaprolu Nagarpanchyat.
3. The people of Gollaprolu Nagarpanchyat are informed that they may submit their views/suggestions, if any, on the proposed draft delimitation of wards notified, within 7 days of the publication of this Notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, to the Commissioner, Gollaprolu Nagarpanchyat.
4. A copy of the Notification is also sent to the Collector and District Magistrate, East Godavari District and he/she is requested to affix the same on the Notice Board of his office and he/she is requested to give his / her suggestions about the division of the aforesaid Nagarpanchyat into twenty (20) wards to the Government immediately.
5. The Municipal Commissioner, Gollaprolu Nagarpanchyat and the Collector and District Magistrate, East Godavari District may follow the procedure as stipulated under rule 12 of A.P. Municipalities (Division of Nagar Panchayats and Municipalities into wards) Rules 1994 and send their report to the Government through the Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration immediately.

WARD NO.1
NORTH:- Boundary starting at the North west corner of S.No.161 i.e., at NH216 and passes along the Northern boundary of the Nagarapanchayat Limits up to Northeast Corner of S.No.230.
EAST :- Starting from the above point passes along the NagaraPanchayat limits towards south up To panta Kaluva i.e., S.No.281
SOUTH:- Starting from the above point Passes along the Nagarapanchayat limits towards west up to Railway track.
WEST:- Starting from the above point i.e., S.No.551 passes along the Railway track towards North up to Peddaveedhi and turns towards west and passes through the peddaveedhi up to Community hall road and turns towards North up to kondakaluva up to NH216 and turns towards North along the NH216 till it meets the starting point i.e., at Northwest Corner of S.No.161
WARD NO.2
NORTH:- Boundary starting from kondakaluva at Burrial ground and passes along the konda kaluva towards East up to Community hall road.
EAST:- Starting from the above point and passes through the community hall road towards south up to Peddaveedhi.
SOUTH:- Starting from the above point Passes through the Peddaveedhi towards west up to D.No.2- 2-9.
WEST:- Starting from the above point passes through the Lane opposite Srinivasa rice mill and turns towards west along the edge of Rangappa chervu turns towards North up to starting point i.e., at Konda kaluva.
WARD NO.3
NORTH:- Boundary starting from the kondakaluva at NH216 and passes along the kondakaluva towards east upto North west corner of ward No.2 EAST:- Starting from the above point runs towards south and passes along the Edge of Rangappa chervu up to old SC peta Ramalayam street towards south up to peddaveedhi.
SOUTH:- Starting from the above point and passes along the Peddaveedhi towards west upto papayya chavidi and Turns towards west up to Rangappa cheruvu further Turns towards south up to D.No.3-1-18 and turns Towards west up to D.No.3-1-21.
WEST:- Starting from the above point and passes along the Lane opposite pallapu veedhi ramalayam towards North and turns towards west up to NH 216 further Turns towards North and passes through the NH216 Up to the starting point ie at kondakaluva.
WARD NO.4
NORTH:- Boundary starting at Ramayamma sevasadan and Passes through the lane towards East and further turns towards North up to Rangappa cheruvu and Passes along the southern edge of the Rangappa Cheruvu up to 2nd ward boundary.
EAST:- Starting from the above point passes through the Internal lane towards south up to old SC peta Ramalayam road further till it meets peddaveedhi.
SOUTH:- Starting from the above point and passes through pedda veedhi towards west up to lane between D.No.4-3-40 and 5-1-45.
WEST:- Starting from the above point and passes through the internal lane between D.No.5-1-56 and 5-1-57 towards North till it meets starting point.
WARD NO.5
NORTH:- Boundary starting at NH216 Near D.No.6-2-79 Passes towards East up to Ramayamma seva sadan and Turns towards south and passes through the lane Up to peddaveedhi Further the boundary turns Towards East passes through the peddaveedhi.
EAST:- Starting from the above point and passes along the Kokila vani hospital road towards Chollua dibba ramalayam veedhi south up to Nandhirayi veedhi.
SOUTH:- Starting from the above point and passes through to Nandirayi Street and turns towards North up to lane between gas office road and turns towards west passes through the lane and Further through the saibaba temple street till it meets Main road i.e. NH 216.
WEST:- Starting from the above point and passes through he NH 216 up to the starting point of Northern Boundary.
WARD NO.6
NORTH:- Boundary starting at NH216 and passes through the Lane in between D.No.3-1-104 and 6-2-120 towards East up to Rangappa cheruvu.
EAST:- Starting from the above point and passes through The western boundary of ward No.3, crossing the Peddaveedhi and passes through kanakadurga Temple street till it meets sivalayam road.
SOUTH:- Starting from the above point and passes through the sivalayam road towards west till it meet NH 216.
WEST:- Starting from the above point and passes through the Main road ie 216 till it meets the starting point of the northern boundary.
WARD NO.7
NORTH:- Boundary starting at Sivalayam Road passes towards east to Kokilavani hospital road till it meets Railway track.
EAST:- Starting from the above point and passes through the Railway track till it meets sivalayam road.
SOUTH:- Starting from the above point and passes through the sivalayam road and turns towards south up to Railway station road till it meets the NH 216.
WEST:- Starting from the above point and passes through the Main road ie NH 216
WARD NO.8
NORTH:- Boundary starting at NH 216 near nookalamma temple and passes the Railway station road up to Railway Quarters and turns towards north up to Nandi statue, turns towards east till it meets railway Track.
EAST:- Starting from the above point and passes through the Railway track towards south up to Nagara Panchayat boundary on south.
SOUTH:- Starting from the above point and passes along the Nagarapanchayat boundary on south towards west till it meets NH 216.
WEST:- Starting from the above point and passes through the NH 216 till it meets the starting point of Northern boundary ie at Nookalamma temple.
WARD NO.9
NORTH:- Starting from the D.No.10-1-10 and passes through the Rayavaram road towards East up to NH 216.
EAST:- Starting from the above point and passes through the NH 216 towards south up to Nagarapanchayat Boundary at S.No.715.
SOUTH:- Starting from the above point and passes along the Southern boundary of S.No.715 ie southern Boundary of Nagarapanchayat.
WEST:- Starting from the above point and passes along the western boundary of Nagarapanchayat towards North up to Nakkalagandi kaluva at S.No.633 and passes through pantha kaluva up to road leads to Southern bund road of suryudu cheruvu. Further Passes through the said road up to Northern Boundary.
WARD NO.10
NORTH:- Boundary Starting from Nagarapanchayat Boundary at Northwest Corner of S.No.627 and passes through the Rayavaram road towards East up to D.No.10-2-72 and turns towards North at D.No.10-1-31 and passes through the lane up to Tatiparthi road and further turns towards East and passes through the Tatiparthi road till it meets NH 216.
EAST:- Starting from the above point and passes through NH 216 towards south up to D.No.10-2-10.
SOUTH:- Starting from the above point and passes through Rayavaram road upto D.No. 10-2-72 turns towards south and Passes through Markandeyapuram road till it meets The western boundary of Nagarapanchayat.
WEST:- Starting from the above point and passes along the western boundary of Nagarapanchayat till it meets the starting boundary of Northern boundary i.e. at Rayavaram road.
WARD NO.11
NORTH:- Boundary Starting from western boundary of nagarapanchayat i.e., Northwest corner of S.No.609 and passes through the field towards East up to Southern boundary of Sidhardha clinic and further Passes through the Tatiparthi road till it meets Internal road of 9th Block ie at D.No.12-1-112.
EAST:- Starting from the above point and passes through the road in 9th Block i.e., in front of D.No.12-1-112 turns towards south till it meets the Rayavaram road.
SOUTH:- Starting from the above point and passes through the Rayavaram road towards west till it meets the Nagarpanchayat boundary on western side.
WEST:- Starting from the above point passes along the Western boundary towards North till it meets the Starting point of the Northern boundary.
WARD NO.12
NORTH:- Boundary Starting at subrahmanyeswara swamy temple passes along konda kaluva towards east till it meets NH 216.
EAST:- Starting from the above point and passes along the main road pallapu veedhi ramalayam.
SOUTH:- Starting from the above point and passes through Kothapeta ramalayam road up to D.no.13-2-10.
WEST:- Starting from the above point and passes through Kothapeta ramalayam road towards North till it meets the starting Point of Northern boundary.
WARD NO.13
NORTH:- Boundary Starting at D.No.14-2-109 pass towards East Up to D.No.13- 1-92 and turns towards North at D.No.13-2-59 towards East up to D.No.13-2-65 turns south up to D.No.13-2-71 turns towards east till it meets NH 216.
EAST:- Starting from the above point and passes through the NH 216 towards south till it meets Tatiparthi road.
SOUTH:- Starting from the above point and passes through Tatiparthi road towards west up to D.No.13-1-8.
WEST:- Starting from the above till it meets D.No.14-2-109 the starting point.
WARD NO.14
NORTH:- Boundary Starting at D.No. 14-1-36 and passes through the road towards East up to kothapeta Ramalayam road.
EAST:- Starting from the above point and passes through kothapeta ramalayam road up to 13-1-91 turns towards west up to Do.No14-2-106 turns towards south till its meets toatiparthi.
SOUTH:- Starting from the above point and passes through road towards west up to Karanam gari thota ramalayam road.
WEST:- Starting from the above point and passes through the Karanam gari thota ramalayam towards North till it meets the Starting point.
WARD NO.15
NORTH:- Boundary Starting at Konda kaluva near umababa school passes towards east kothapeta Ramalayam road.
EAST:- Starting from the above point and passes through the kothapeta ramalayam road towards south up to D.No.15-2-40.
SOUTH:- Starting from the above point and passes along the road towards west up to Rice mill road in D.No.15-2-63.
WEST:- Starting from the above point and passes along Vaddi vari center road towards North up to the starting point.
WARD NO.16
NORTH:- Boundary Starting from D.No. 17-3-16 pass towards East up to D.No.17-3-34 and turns towards south at D.No.17-2- towards East up Vaddi vari center road at D.No.17-2-93.
EAST:- Starting from the above point and passes through Vaddi vari center road at D.No. 16-1-191.
SOUTH:- Starting from the above point and turns towards west up tatiparthi raod at 16-1-170 and up to Nagarapanchayat boundary .
WEST:- Starting from the above point and passes along Nagarapanchayat boundary up to konda kaluva and turns to south tatiparthi road north till it meets D.No.17-3-16.
WARD NO.17
NORTH:- Boundary Starting from the North west corner of S.No.18 ie at kondakaluva towards east and passes through kondakaluva up to Devinagaram Main road D.No.17-1-30.
EAST:- Starting from the above point and passes along Devinagaram road up to Do.No. 17-1-127.
SOUTH:- Starting from the above point and passes through Konda Kaluva turns South up to D.No.17-2-56 turns west 17-2- turns north side 17-3-37 and till is meet Tatiparthi road.
WEST:- Starting from the above point and passes along the Tatiparthi road up to starting point of Northern Boundary.
WARD NO.18
NORTH:- Boundary Starting at Nagarapanchayat boundary passes towards east Up to D.No.20-1-14.
EAST:- Starting from the above point turns towards south up to D.No.20-1-10 turns towards east up to D.No.20-1-29 turns towards south up to D.No.20-1-25 turns towards west up to D.No.18-1-17 and passes through EBC colony punth road up to Konda kaluva.
SOUTH:- Starting from the above point and passes along konda kaluva upto D.No.17-1-126 turns towards north up to D.No.18-2-1 and turns west till it meet kondakaluva.
WEST:- Starting from the above point and passes through Nagarapanchayat boundary till it meet starting point.
WARD NO.19
NORTH:- Boundary Starting from EBC colony Main road at Punta road and passes along the EBC colony Main Road towards East up to NH 216.
EAST:- Starting from the above point and passes through the NH216 towards south up to konda kaluva.
SOUTH:- Starting from the above point and passes along the Konda kaluva up to punta road.
WEST:- Starting from the above point and passes through Punta road towards North up to starting point of Northern boundary.
WARD NO.20
NORTH:- Boundary Starting from Northwest corner of Nagara Panchayat boundary at S.No.33 and passes along the Northern boundary of Nagarapanchayat up to NH 216.
EAST:- Starting from the above point and passes through the NH216 to wards south up to EBC colony Main road.
SOUTH:- Starting from the above point and passes through the EBC colony Main road towards west up to D.No.20-1-271.
WEST:- Starting from the above point turns towards north up to D.No.20-1-30 turns towards west up to D.No.20-1-19 and turns towards north till it meets the starting point.
