VADDE NARAYANAMMA, FORMERLY TAHSILDAR, KALAKADA (M), CHITTOOR DISTRICT - TRAPPED BY THE ACB ON 22-11-2016 - CONVICTED BY THE HON'BLE SPECIAL JUDGE COURT FOR TRIAL OF SPE & ANTI-CORRUPTION BUREAU CASES, NELLORE IN C.C.No. 31/2017 - PROSECUTION ACCORDED - WITHHOLDING OF 100% PENSION AND GRATUITY IN FULL PERMANENTLY.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-rule (2) of Rule 8 and Sub-rule (1) of Rule 9 of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980, and under clause(i) of Rule 25 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1991 read with instructions issued in G.O Ms. 2, G.A (Ser-C) Dept., dt:04-01-1999 and Memo.No.178/Spl.C/2003-1, G.A. (Special.C) Department, Dated 07.05.2003, Government hereby impose the penalty of withholding 100% pension and gratuity in full permanently against Smt.Vadde Narayanamma, formerly Tahsildar, Kalakada (M), Chittoor District with immediate effect.
