W INDING UP OF THE VINAYAKA LABOUR CONTRACT COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED, NO.H.745, ULLIPALEM, KODURU MANDAL - FINAL CLOSURE OF THE AFFAIRS OF SOCIETY UNDER SECTION 66(4) OF THE ANDHRA PRADESH COOPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT 1964 - LIQUIDATION COMPLETED - CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION OF THE SOCIETY UNDER SECTION 68 OF ANDHRA PRADESH COOPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT 1964.

*** 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, December 19, 2019 Whereas in view of the said circumstances it is felt desirable to wind up the affairs of the society under provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act 1964 ordered by appointing Sri B.L.Ravindra, Assistant Registrar, Office Of the Sub-Divisional Cooperative Officer, Avanigadda as Liquidator to the Vinayaka Labour Contract Cooperative Society Limited,No.H.745, Ullipalem, Koduru Mandal under section 65 of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act 1964 Vide proceedings 1st read above.
Whereas the Liquidator of the society has Submitted a report stating that a notice Under Section 51(b) issued on 31.07.2015 calling for objections and inviting claims within two months from the date of issued. But no objections and claims were received from any members of the society.
Further the Liquidator has reported that General Body meeting notice issued on 15.03.2016 calling for the General body Meeting and fixing the date on 18.04.2016 at Vinayaka Labour Contract Cooperative Society Limited,No.H.745, Ullipalem, Koduru Mandal. A copy of the notice was affixed on the notice board of the Divisional Cooperative Officer, Machilipatnam and Praja Sakthi daily news paper advertisement on 10.04.2016. But no one member of the society has attended for general body meeting and no objections and claims were received from them.
Further the Liquidator has reported that letters addressed to the District Cooperative Audit Officer, Vijayawada and Divisional Cooperative Officer, Machilipatnam for final Audit Report of the society and any other available information, but no reply has been received to him. The Liquidator has verified the Audit Programme for the 2014-15 in the District Cooperative Audit Officer, Vijayawada in which the society was placed in the books not available category and no previous Audit report was available in the Audit Office.
Finally, the Liquidator concluded that the society is not working from several years and there is no interest to run the society by the members. Hence the affairs of the society may be wound up. Finally the Liquidator recommended the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Machilipatnam to close the affairs of the Vinayaka Labour Contract Cooperative Society Limited, No.H.745, Ullipalem, Koduru Mandal. Finally Liquidator requested under the provisions of the section 68 of Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act 1964 to issue necessary final closure proceedings and cancellation of the Registration of the society.
On consideration of the Liquidator final report I the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Machilipatnam by virtue of powers vested With me as per the G.O.Ms.No.34 F&A, Coop. IV Dept.dt.16.1.1989 Under Section 68 of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act 1964. that the Registration of the Vinayaka Labour Contract Cooperative Society Limited,No.H.745, Ullipalem, Koduru Mandal is here by Cancelled With immediate effect. The above said society shall therefore ceased its exit as a corporate body from the date of issue of this Orders.
