CERTAIN ASSISTANT PROFESSORS OF SVMC, TIRUPATI - UNAUTHORIZED ABSENCE - SHOW CAUSE NOTICE FOR IMPOSING PENALTY OF REMOVAL FROM SERVICE.

Rc.No.891873/2/3/E11.D/2019,- It has been brought to the notice of the Director of Medical Education, A.P. Vijayawada vide references cited, tnat the following doctors of SVMC,Tirupati have not attended to their duty and were on unauthorized absence for more than one year as noted against their names, which resulted deprival of patient care of the needy people and with the above mentioned act of misconduct they have exhibited lack of integrity and devotion to their duties and 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-II

In the ref.2nd and 3rd cited, the said doctors were instructed to report before DME, AP immediately, but so far they have not reported for their duty.
Hence, under provisions of F.R.18 (A) ,Rule 5-B of AP Leave Rules - 1933 and as per the G..0 in the ref.cited, it is provisionally decided to confirm that the above mentioned individuals shall be deemed have been resigned from their service with effect from the date of their unauthorized absence.
Hence, the above doctors of SVMC,Tirupati are hereby directed to submit their explanation within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice/receipt of this memo which ever is earlier, as to why the penalty of removal from service shall not be imposed on them with effect from their date of unauthorized absence interms of G.Os. cited.
If no reply is received from them within the above said stipulated period, it will be constructed that they have no representation to give and penalty of removal from service will be imposed based on th material available.
