Smt. S.RATNAMALA, DEPUTY DIRECTOR, TRIBAL W ELFARE - TEMPORARY PROMOTION TO THE POST OF JOINT DIRECTOR (EDUCATION), TRIBAL W ELFARE IN THE OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR OF TRIBAL W ELFARE, VIJAYAWADA.

NOTIFICATION
Under rule 10(a) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules (Revised Rules 1996), Smt S.Ratnamala, Deputy Director (Tribal Welfare) in the office of the Director of Tribal Welfare, Vijayawada is promoted temporarily as Joint Director, Tribal Welfare in the scale of pay of Rs.52590-103290/- subject to the condition that she is liable to be reverted at any time without any notice and without assigning any reasons thereof.
On promotion to the post of Joint Director (Tribal Welfare), Smt S.Ratnamala, is posted as Joint Director (Education), Tribal Welfare in the office of the Director of Tribal Welfare, Vijayawada.
2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, December 20, 2019otherwise, within the stipulated time, she shall forfeit all her rights, both present and future, for the post of Joint Director, Tribal Welfare Department without any notice according to rule 11(b) of A. P. State and Subordinate Service Rules 1996 and the amendments issued from time to time thereon.
The above promotion is subject to the outcome of OAs/WPs/WAs/RPs/CAs etc., if any pending before Tribunal/Courts etc.
The Director of Tribal Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada, shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly and intimate the date of joining of the above individual to the Government for information and record.
