Under General Rule 10 (a) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, and keeping in view of the exigencies of work, Sri M.V.Subba Reddy, Asst. Project Officer, AE, YSR Kadapa Dist. whose name has been approved by the Departmental Promotion Committee, is temporarily promoted as Assistant Director and posted in the O/o the Deputy Director of Adult Education, YSR Kadapa District, in terms of Rule 3 (4) (ii) of A.P. Adult Education Service Special Rules in the time scale of Rs.37100-91450 in RPS, 2015 in the existing clear vacancy.
The individual is informed that, he should join duty in the new post within (15) days from the date of receipt of these proceedings as per rules.
He is informed that his temporary appointment as Assistant Director is ordered purely temporary under emergency provisions in public interest and liable for reversion at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons therefor and do not confer upon him any right for continuance or any preferential right for regular appointment. Under General Rule 10 (a) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, and keeping in view of the exigencies of work, Sri.K.Chadrasekhar Reddy, Asst. Project Officer, AE, SPSR Nellore Dist. whose name has been approved by the Departmental Promotion Committee, is temporarily promoted as Assistant Director and posted in the O/o the Deputy Director of Adult Education, Prakasam District at Ongole on Adhoc basis in terms of Rule 3 (4)(ii) of A.P. Adult Education Service Special Rules in the time scale of Rs.37100-91450 in RPS, 2015 in the existing clear vacancy.
The individual is informed that, he should join duty in the new post within (15) days from the date of receipt of these proceedings as per rules.
He is informed that his temporary appointment as Assistant Director is ordered purely temporary under emergency provisions in public interest and liable for reversion at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons therefor and do not confer upon him any right for continuance or any preferential right for regular appointment. The appointment is subject to review and readjustment of the seniority list and without prejudice to the recruitment to be made by the APPSC to the vacancies intended for the direct recruitment in terms of G.O.Rt.No.707, Education (SE.Prog.II) Department, dated 12.10.07 and as per APAES Rules. After proper relief from the post of the Asst.
