DE-NOTIFICATION OF MARKONDAPUTTI GRAM PANCHAYAT OF GARUGUBILLI MANDAL OF VIZIANAGARAM AND CONSTITUTION OF NEW GRAM PANCHAYAT NAMELY MARKONDAPUTTI GRAM PANCHAYAT IN KOMARADA MANDAL W ITH THE CHANDRAMPETA R&R COLONIES, DULY BIFURCATING FROM VIKRAMPURAM AND PARASURAMPURAM GRAM PANCHAYATS OF KOMARADA MANDAL, VIZIANAGARAM DISTRICT.

NOTIFICATION-I

In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (f) of sub-section (2)of Section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.13 of 1994) read with clause (iii) of sub-rule (1) of rule 12 of the Andhra Pradesh Gram Panchayats (Declaration of Villages) Rules, 2007 issued in G.O.Ms.No.542, PR&RD (Pts.IV) Department, Dated: 03.12.2007, the Government hereby de-notify the Markondaputti Gram Panchayat of Garugubilli Mandal, Vizianagaram District as the entire Gram Panchayat was submerged in Thotapalli Reservoir. The submerged Survey Numbers of Markondaputti Gram Panchayat are shown in Annexures-I (A) & I (B) to this Order.

NOTIFICATION-II

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.13 of 1994), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby constitute a new Gram Panchayat, namely Markondaputti Gram Panchayat in Komarada Mandal with the Chandrampeta R&R Colonies, duly bifurcating from Vikrampuram and Parasurampuram Gram Panchayats, of Komarada Mandal, Vizianagaram District, and also re-constitute the residuary Vikrampuram and Parasurampuram Gram Panchayats of Komarada Mandal, Vizianagaram District, as detailed in the Annexure-II to this Order.
