NOTIFICATION - I

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 3 read with clauses (a) and (f) of sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Andhra Pradesh Act 13 of 1994) and in relaxation of the criteria fixed in rule 6 of the Andhra Pradesh Gram Panchayats (Declaration of Villages) Rules, 2007 issued in G.O.Ms.No.542, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development (Pts.IV) Department, Dated.03.12.2007, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby cancel the notification in which the areas of 1) Boyinavaripalem & 2) Sai Colony in Prakasam District were declared as villages in order to bifurcate the said villages from 1) Burlavaripalem and 2)Epurupalem Gram Panchayats of Chirala Mandal, and constitute the areas 1) Boyinavaripalem & 2) Sai Colony as new Gram Panchayats, in Prakasam District with immediate effect, as detailed in the Annexure to this Order.

NOTIFICATION - II

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the A.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.13 of 1994), the Government hereby re-constitute the the (3) Gram Panchayats, namely 1) Vodarevu 2) Burlavaripalem 3)Epurupalem Grampanchayats, in Chirala (M), Prakasam District after constitution of (2) new Gram Panchayats, namely 1) Boyinavaripalem & 2) Sai Colony Grampanchayat , in Chirala (M), Prakasam District, as detailed in the Annexure to this order.
