NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (i) of section 5 of the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation Act, 1981 read with Rule 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporations (Fixation of Strength of Elected Members) Rules, 2005 issued in G.O.Ms.No.358, MA&UD Department, dt.27.04.2005 and as amended in G.O.Ms.No.4, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (G) Department dated 03.01.2020, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby declared that the number of elected members of Vijayawada Municipal Corporation as Sixty Four (64).
