Rc.No. 15035/283/2019-E6D-SEC-DPH,- In the reference 1st cited the District Medical & Health Officer, Ananthapuramu has forwarded the resignation letter of Dr.C.Jhansi Rani, CAS, PHC, Kudair, Ananthapuramu District in which the individual has tendered her resignation for the post of Civil Assistant Surgeon w.e.f. 31-07-2019.
In the reference 2 nd cited Dr.C.Jhansi Rani, CAS, PHC, Kudair, Ananthapuramu submitted that she joined for duty on 04-02-2019, and recently she was selected for the post of Assistant Professor of Bio-Chemistiy, GMC, Secundrabad. Hence the individual has tendered her resignation for the post of CAS w.e.f. 31-07-2019.
In view of the above, the resignation tendered by Dr.C.Jhansi Rani, CAS, 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-II The resignation is laid down in General Rule has stated above is that not only the service rendered by the member of service in a particular post held by her at the time of resignation but also all her previous service under the Government will stand forfeited.
The District Medical & Health Officer, Ananthapuramu District is requested to take necessaiy further action in the matter accordingly, duly making an entry in Service Register of the individual and furnish the extract copy of SR where such entry is made with proper attestation along with compliance report.
