In the reference 1 st read above, orders have been issued declaring the Public Transport Department, Vijayawada as Head of the Department for the purpose of financial transactions.

In the reference 2 nd read above, the TR&B (TR.II) Department have requested to issue necessary orders to include the Public Transport Department, Vijayawada in Head of Departments list.

Government, after careful examination, hereby issue the following amendment to Appendix-I of A.P. Financial Code Volume-II.

AMENDMENT

In the Appendix-I of A.P. Financial Code Volume-II shall be added, namely :

"The Commissioner/Director, Public Transport Department, Vijayawada"
