ELECTION COMMISION OF INDIA NOTIFICATION REGARDING APPOINTMENT OF ELECTORAL REGISTRATION OFFICER FOR 19-SRUNGAVARAPUKOTA ASSEMBLY CONSTITUENCY, VIZIANAGARAM DISTRICT OF ANDHRA PRADESH [ Memo.No.720/Elecs.B/A1/2020-2, Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Andhra Pradesh, Dt:15.10.2020 ]

The following notification of the Election Commission of India, New Delhi, No.429/AP/SOU-3/2020, dated 06th October, 2020/ 14 Asvina, 1942(Saka) is published:-

NOTIFICATION

No.429/AP/SOU-3/2020:- In pursuance of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13(B) of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950) , the Election Commission of India, in consultation with the State Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No.429/AP/2014, dated 3rd September , 2014 as amended from the time to time, relating to the appointment of the Electoral Registration Officer of the Assembly Constituency in the State of Andhra Pradesh, namely:-

For the existing entries in column (2) of the table appended to the said notification , in respect of the following Assembly Constituency shown in column(1) of the said table, the entries shown against the Assembly Constituency in column (2) below shall be substituted:- 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [PART-V]
