The following Notification is hereby issued for the retirement of certain 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-VII
NOTIFICATION
The Assistant Engineers, PR of Zone-IV shown below are permitted to retire from service on attaining the age of superannuation of (60) years on the dates noted against their names at Column (5) of the table without prejudice to the disciplinaiy cases/Criminal cases pending against them and also subject to condition that the disciplinary proceedings/ Criminal proceedings shall continue, even after their retirement under Article 351 (A) of Pension Code and Rule 9(2) (a) of the A.P. Revised Pension Rules 1980.
