KAZI'S ACT, 1880 (CENTRAL ACT XII OF1880) - APPOINTMENT OF Sri SYED HUSSAIN BASHA S/o LATE SYED DASTHAGIRI BASHA, R/o. PANYAM VILLAGE AND MANDAL, KURNOOL DISTRICT AS GOVERNMENT KAZI FOR PANYAM MANDAL, KURNOOL DISTRICT, INITIALLY, FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS FOR PERFORMING MARRIAGES OF MUSLIM COMMUNITY ONLY.

NOTIFICATION
"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section-2 of the Kazi's Act, 1880 (Central Act XII of 1880), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after consulting the Principal Muhammadans residents of local area, hereby appoint Sri Syed Hussain Basha, S/o. Late Syed Dasthagiri Basha, R/o. Panyam Village and Mandal, Kurnool District as Government Kazi for Panyam Mandal, Kurnool District, initially, for a period of three (3) years for performing Marriages of Muslim Community only".
The Collector and District Magistrate, Kurnool is directed to take necessary action, accordingly.
