KAZI'S ACT, 1880 (CENTRAL ACT XII OF1880) - APPOINTMENT OF Sri SHAIK ANWAR ALI, S/o SK.SALAR SAHEB, ISLAMPET, 4 TH LINE, MANGALAGIRI, GUNTUR DISTRICT AS GOVERNMENT KAZI FOR MANGALAGIRI TOW N AND MANDAL, GUNTUR DISTRICT, INITIALLY, FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS FOR PERFORMING MARRIAGES OF MUSLIM COMMUNITY ONLY.

NOTIFICATION
"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section-2 of the Kazi's Act, 1880 (Central Act XII of 1880), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after consulting the Principal Muhammadans residents of local area, hereby appoint Sri Shaik Anwar Ali, S/o Sk. Salar Saheb, Islampet, 4th Line, Mangalagiri, Guntur District as Government Kazi for Mangalagiri Town and Mandal, Guntur District, initially, for a period of three (3) years for performing Marriages of Muslim Community only".
The Collector and District Magistrate, Guntur is directed to take necessary action, accordingly.
