CERTAIN AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES FOR THE ANDHRA PRADESH MINOR MINERAL CONCESSION RULES, 1966 - PUNITIVE MEASURES TO CONTROL ILLEGAL MINING AND TRANSPORTATION OF SAND.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 15(1), 21(2), 22, 23(c) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Central Act 67 of 1957), as amended from time to time, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966 issued in G.O.Ms.No.1172, Industries & Commerce (B.I) Department, 4th September, 1967 as subsequently amended.
AMENDMENTS
In the said rules, after sub item (xii) of item (f) of sub rule 16 of Rule 9 (B), the following shall be added namely:
(xiii) SHO (Special Enforcement Bureau), concerned.
(xiv) Enforcement Superintendent, Division (concerned).
(xv) Additional Superintendent of Police (Special Enforcement Bureau), Unit (concerned)
