NOTIFICATION
Under Rule 43 read with Rule 9 of A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980, the Government hereby permit Professor Ch. Sri Lakshmi, Principal, GCON, Kadapa, presently working as Deputy Director (Nursing) FAC O/o DME, AP, Vijayawada to retire from Government service voluntarily with effect from 31.10.2020 AN, subject to recovery of Government dues, if any, from her gratuity and other terminal benefits, and without prejudice to take further action on the disciplinary cases and judicial cases, if any, that may arise against her, in future.
The Director of Public health & family Welfare, A.P., Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the matter.
