FINAL NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section-(I) and Subsection- (2) (iv) of Section 33 of the Andhra Pradesh ( Agricultural Produce & Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act No. 16 of 1966), Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Market Committee employees (Pension-Cum Gratuity) Rules, 1980 issued in G.O.Ms.No.444, F&A (Agri.IV)Department, Dated: 18.08.1980 and the intension to make such declaration having been previously published in Andhra Pradesh Gazette No.368, part -I Extra Ordinary Dt. 02.05.2019 vide G.O.Ms.No.49, Dt: 29.04.2019 of the A&C(MKTG-I) Dept., as required under sub- section (4) of Section 33 of the said Act.
