NOTIFICATION

In compliance of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India Order Dated: 22.09.2006 and the orders of the Hon'ble High Court of Telangana in Suo motu Contempt Case No. 2209 of 2017, Dated: 03.02.2020, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following rules on State Security Commission.

RULES

1. Short Title and Commencement. - These Rules may be called the Andhra Pradesh State Security Commission Rules, 2020.
