Under Rule 10(a) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Sub-ordinate Service Rules 1996, the following Head Nurse working in zone-III is temporarily promoted to the category of Nursing Superintendent Grade-II in the time scale of pay Rs. 35120-950- 36070-1030-39160-1110-42490-1190-46060-1270-49870-1360-53950-1460-58330-1560- 63010-1660-67990-1760-73270-1880-78910-2020-84970-2160-87130 and posted to the 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, November 10, 2020

The above individual is informed that her promotion to the post of Nursing Superintendent Grade-II is made purely on temporary basis and liable for reversion at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
The above Head Nurse who is promoted as Nursing Superintendent Grade-II is directed to join the promotional post within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order and if the individual do not join the post within the stipulated time or evades to join the post by proceeding on leave, shall lose her promotion right / offer for the present and the name of the candidate, if do not join within the stipulated time will be considered for promotion in the next panel year, subject to the availability of vacancy, in terms of amendment to rule 11(b) of Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Services Rules, 1996 vide G.O.Ms.No.145 GAD (Ser.A) Dept., Dated: 15.06.2004.
These orders are issued subject to the outcome of the decision of Hon'ble courts if any case is pending on the above subject in any court.
These orders are issued without prejudice to the claims of her seniors, if any.
The officer concerned are requested to relieve the above promote and admit for duty at the place of the posting on promotion and intimate date of relief and joining of the above promote to this office.
