NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act II of 1974), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint Sri Gandi Appala Naidu as Special Judicial Magistrate of II Class, Srungavarapukota, in Vizianagaram District. The term of appointment is upto 31st March, 2022 from the date of assuming the charge of the post or till he attains the age of (65) Sixty Five years, whichever is earlier, with a consolidated honorarium of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen Thousands Only) in terms of the orders issued vide G.O.Ms.No.35, Law(L&LA and Justice, Home.Courts.A) Department, Dated: 19.03.2018 & G.O.Ms.No.102,Home (Courts.A) Department, Dated: 16.06.2017, respectively.
