ORDER:-
Where as in the reference 1st read above, the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Adoni appointed the Assistant Registrar/Sub Divisional Coop. Officer, Pathikonda as liquidator in respect of the Bondimadugula Cooperative Joint farming Society Ltd, Y.Y. No.170 Bondimadugula and;
Where as in the reference 2nd read above, the Liquidator has reported that the records of the society were not available and that in the absence of the records of the society 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, November 16, 2020 In view of the circumstances cited above and by virtue of the powers delegated to me under Section 68 and Section 69-A of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964, I, the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Adoni do hereby order that the affairs of the Bondimaudugula Cooperative Joint farming Society Ltd,Y.Y.No.170, Bondimadugula, is finally closed and Registration of the Society is cancelled and Liquidation Proceedings of the said society is terminated.The society shall cease to exist as a corporate body from the date of issue of this order.
